How the program works

Program Kick-off

2-4 weeks before

Your program facilitator will meet with you to learn about you, understand your team, and customize the program around your goals. Your team's Reinforcement Coach(es) will begin scheduling sessions to follow the training.

1-Day Workshop

Day one of program

An immersive, on-site training that gives your leaders a shared process for identifying and doing the Uncomfortable Work holding them back. In one day, participants master our 6-Step Process, create their first Action Card, script real difficult conversations, and tie every action to firm priorities. Leaders leave inspired and ready to act.

Key Outcomes:

•Your leaders master the 6-Step Process for identifying, quantifying, and doing more Uncomfortable Work
•Participants practice proven scripts for difficult conversations that get heard, respected, and acted on
•Your team learns to say 'no' to or delegate lower-value tasks and distractions, reclaiming time for their highest-value work
•Each participant creates their first Action Card and commits to implementing it immediately
