Your program facilitator will meet with you to learn about you, understand your team, and customize the program around your goals. Your team's Reinforcement Coach(es) will begin scheduling sessions to follow the training.
An immersive, on-site training that gives your leaders a shared process for identifying and doing the Uncomfortable Work holding them back. In one day, participants master our 6-Step Process, create their first Action Card, script real difficult conversations, and tie every action to firm priorities. Leaders leave inspired and ready to act.

Designed to deliver what matters most: lasting change. Reinforcement Coaching turns training into action through ongoing guidance, support, and accountability from a dedicated expert. Tailored for busy leaders with a maximum commitment of 1–1.5 hours per month.

We train, coach, and support your Executive Sponsors as they guide their teams through the Addictive Leadership process. The goal: create Certified Sponsors at every level of your firm so this work sticks and continues to spread.
Key Outcomes:
Progress is tracked, measured against your goals, and reported monthly. At the end of the program, if your firm hasn't achieved the expected results, we'll refund your investment.
